Welcome to our FAQ section! At Everything Doggo, we believe in the quality of our items and we work hard to ensure you receive the best product in a timely fashion. All of our accessories are handmade and hand printed in Los Angeles, California and Denver, Colorado. This means all of our products are unique and may have slight differences in the placement of patterns and designs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each bandana is made to order so it takes approximately one week for us to create your special item. We cut, sew, and print every item to order. Processing time is subject to change. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need your order rushed.
When will my order ship?
Processing time is currently 1-2 weeks!
We prep orders for shipment as soon as they are complete and we work hard to process and ship your orders in a timely fashion. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Typical shipping time is 3-4 days depending on your location. Our default shipping method is USPS First Class. If you need your item sooner or if you have a question about processing time, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
International delivery times vary depending on the country and take a little longer than domestic shipping.
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping! We ship all of our packages via USPS First-Class. We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs delays.
How are the bandanas sized?
We try to accommodate dogs of all different sizes. To ensure your dog gets the right size, please measure the neck circumference of your pup and remember to take fur into account.
If in doubt, always size up! You can always fold the bandana down. If you need a different size than what we have available, please don't hesitate to contact us!

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your item, contact us within 5 business days to exchange or return your item. We accept returns of unused and unworn bandanas; however, we do charge a 15% restocking fee. Because our custom name bandanas are made to order, they are not returnable. We want you to love your items so if you experience any problems, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Lost or stolen packages:
Please note that due to the nature of our items, we do not replace lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been dropped off at the post office, unfortunately it is out of our control. We do offer tracking on all our packages so you can follow it every step of the way. If you have a lost or stolen package, you can call your local post office to see if they can provide you with information. We will also fill out a form on USPS for you regarding the package.
How do I clean my products?
Lightly hand wash in cold water with color safe detergent and then lay flat to dry. Our designs and names are applied with vinyl, then heat set for a permanent bond. Some vinyl is more delicate than others and general wear and light fading may occur. Ironing is fine, but please iron on the reverse side or around the design. Ironing directly on the design could damage it.
